Rental and cancellation terms
The key terms for personally arranged stays at Haus Mirabelle. This English version is provided for orientation; the German version remains authoritative.
Booking and payment
Conclusion of contract
An inquiry by form, email or telephone is non-binding. Price, availability and the final booking agreement are then coordinated and confirmed personally by email.
Payment
The deposit is 20% and is due within seven calendar days after booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due four weeks before arrival by bank transfer. The refundable security deposit is 150 €.
Cancellation
- Up to two months before arrival, a processing fee of 30 € is charged.
- After that, up to four weeks before arrival, 50% of the rental price becomes due.
- For later cancellations, the full rental price becomes due.
- If a replacement tenant is found, payments already made are refunded minus a 30 € processing fee.
Stay
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. The maximum occupancy is four guests. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. The indoor rooms are non-smoking; smoking is allowed on the balcony. In July and August, rental is weekly with arrival on Saturday; outside these months, stays are possible from three nights.
Additional costs
Final cleaning and key handover cost 70 €. Guests should generally bring their own bed linen and towels; only in emergencies can we check by prior personal arrangement whether a solution is possible. Seasonal heating costs and any applicable holiday surcharge are shown in the personal price offer. Any local guest contribution is clarified personally before confirmation.
